TRAININGS
Our training workshops use a science-based, family systems approach to teach how relationship systems, such as a workplace or family, operate and how people function in those systems. This allows the participants to see the bigger picture of their systems as well as their part in it, so that they can make clearer decisions about how they want to manage themselves.
Each training workshop is interactive and participants are encouraged to engage and ask questions. Each workshop offers practical examples, and focuses on helping people think about applying these new ideas to their daily lives. These workshops are useful for anyone interested in working on themselves, engaging in a challenging feedback process, and applying new ideas to their lives, as they work on themselves in their marriages, families, and workplaces. |
