Psychotherapy

If you're facing challenges in your relationships, if you feel anxious and don't understand why, if you're having trouble navigating a current issue at home or at work, or if you just sense there is something you want to be working on, we can help you better understand what is happening and how to move forward.

We work with individuals, couples, and families.

Sessions are online and extend to the full hour.

Training

Learning that will help you better understand the patterns of your life, the relationship systems you're in, and what it means to be the emotional leader.

We host seminars and courses for leaders and teams, those seeking clinical training, and anyone who wants to learn a different way to think about life's challenges.

Get perspective.

See patterns.

Shift the system.

About The November Institute

The challenges people face are shaped by their relationship systems, the major events of their life and their family's life, the place and communities they are part of, and how they come to perceive the world and themselves.

The patterns of people's lives shape how they see, feel, and respond. We help people see these patterns and bring understanding and clarity to an otherwise confusing world. We help people understand themselves in their connections with others so they can gain clarity, insight, and move forward with more thoughtful and principled action.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START

Most people who reach out are not sure exactly what they need.

That's fine. Send a brief note — a few sentences about what's bringing you here — and we'll help you find the right starting point.
